MoD.NerOx @ abusing

We were fighting 2vs2 and when i had something about 80 hp ,Nerox came and tp to me,and started to shot me with sawn off. i think ,so i decided to kick him,because i wasn't able to remove him,cause it was teleport,he wasn't in round. Then he comes back and he set my level to 1. In my opinion that is clearly abusing,but i will let you to decide. Thanks for reading.
